Mohammed Hanif

Co-Founder & CTO

Mohammed Hanif has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. With his passion for Technology, he has architected several Enterprise solutions and has done Technical Consulting for global clients. Hanif is currently, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), at Novigo and he is responsible for creating a strong technical portfolio for Novigo. Hanif ensures that our team demonstrates the modern digital technology capabilities consistently, by aligning our portfolio to the digital transformation happening around us. Hanif has worked with Accenture, Infosys and Collabera before he started Novigo.

Being one of the founding members of the Novigo team, Hanif’s primary responsibility involves making Novigo’s technical offerings desirable to our global clients. He passionately kept track of changes happening in the technology front and built his team to meet the growing needs of our customers.

Hanif has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from VTU and is a very active member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Mohammed Jarood

Co-Founder & COO

Mohammed Jarood has been in the IT industry for over 19 years. He has handled various responsibilities in IT industry, including Software development and Technical Consulting for global clients. Jarood is currently, Chief Operating Officer (COO), at Novigo Solutions Pvt Ltd. He is responsible for engineering, delivering, and selling market focussed platform solutions at Novigo. Jarood was instrumental in setting up the Data Science practice at Novigo and enhancing our capabilities on BI & Analytics, Microservices and DevOps. Jarood passion for adopting new technologies resulted in Novigo launching its first cloud-based SaaS platform on AWS.

Jarood has worked with Tata Elxsi, Infosys and Collabera before he started Novigo.

Jarood has a bachelor’s degree from MIT and is very passionate about reviewing potential opportunities for Novigo in the startup’s eco system. Jarood was instrumental in Novigo acquiring two startup’s – Karanji Infotech and Nyletech.

Shihab Kalandar

Co-Founder & CCO

Shihab Kalandar comes with a rich experience of over 20 years in the IT industry covering various roles of Software development & Team handling for global clients. Shihab is currently, Chief Customer Officer (CCO), at Novigo Solutions Pvt Ltd. He is responsible for building new markets and managing client relationships for Novigo. He was instrumental in Novigo setting up the RPA practice and become the first USN certified partner in the MENA region for the global automation giants UiPath. In a small span of 3 years, Shihab has grown Novigo’s automation practice to over 100 people and has made Novigo a globally recognised automation service provider.

Shihab has worked with Accenture and TCS before he Started Novigo.

Shihab has a bachelor’s degree from VTU and was instrumental in Novigo achieving several key partnerships over the past 11 years.

Krishnaprasad Bannanje

Partner & VP - Americas

Krishnaprasad (KP) is a technology executive with over two decades of significant experience ranging from hands-on development to managing multi-million dollar consulting services business. KP is currently, Partner & VP-Americas at Novigo Solutions Inc.

KP has built & lead Strategic Sales & Product Engineering teams across multiple industries like consumer, automotive, healthcare, and digital payment services, working closely with fortune 500 customers in the US, EMEA & APAC. Prior to joining Novigo, KP served as Associate Vice President managing US Market Sales Strategy for Neusoft Corp. KP has also worked with Infosys, Cerner Corp, and GE in various leadership roles including client engagement, product engineering, and program management.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he focuses on Customer growth and Partner efforts for the US region. He has a deep passion for how technology adoption can be a catalyst bringing change in the education and health sector with wider social outcomes. He has been an advisor & mentor for several social startups across developing nations.

Jignesh Karnik

VP And Head of Strategy, Europe

Mr. Jignesh Karnik, is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of enriching experience in the dynamic world of technology. He brings a wealth of expertise garnered from his impactful roles at prominent organizations, including Infosys, Tec Mahindra, Prodapt Consulting, and Capgemini. His journey has spanned across diverse geographies, leaving a mark in the USA, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, and Germany.

His multifaceted experience extends across industries such as Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, and Oil and gas. In the telecom sector, he has worked with renowned giants including BT, Tele2 NL, Vodafone India, KPN, Liberty Global, DT Germany, and Magenta Austria. A trailblazer in seamlessly integrating technology and business strategies. His journey encompasses a technological evolution from As/400 to leading the digital transformation of telecom architectures with microservices, cloud, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

His prowess extends to architecting cutting-edge platforms such as NAD, EHR-PHR, and Svallo, showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements.

Varun Nagarajan

VP-Digital Modernization, UAE

Skilled professional with over 12 years of experience in leading digital transformation programs for leading enterprises and banks in the Middle East. Has been Instrumental in strategizing software roadmaps for renowned organizations.

Passionate about low-code and new found love for data engineering. Hands on experience in delivering enterprise-level systems that integrate with legacy systems and involve multiple teams and stakeholders, including software developers, quality assurance, project management, and technical operations.

Skilled in Portfolio, Project Management, Agile Methodologies and Web/Mobile Applications development.

Mohammed T. AbulHaija

Mohammed T. Abulhaija, an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in the technology industry. Proven ability to lead and manage teams, develop and execute strategies, and deliver values. He is a highly motivated and experienced leader skilled in Agile, Digital Transformation, Product Management & Problem Solving.

His diverse experience spans for 20+ years in Software Lifecycle activities and Digital Modernization, he worked in different countries between international and local companies within the private and public sectors.

Aled Roberts

Vice President - Graph Analytics

Aled Roberts, our esteemed Vice President of Graph Analytics, comes to us with an impressive background spanning over 25 years in the Technology Sector. His journey through the tech landscape has been marked by significant accomplishments and leadership roles, culminating in his most recent position as the Head of Financial Services Sales in EMEA for TigerGraph. This role allowed Aled to refine his expertise in graph technology solutions, specifically within the demanding and dynamic financial services industry.

Aled's extensive experience, particularly in financial services, equips him with a nuanced understanding of the critical role data plays in decision-making and strategy. His expertise will be instrumental in developing solutions that enhance decision-making processes, optimize operational efficiencies, and unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Nizar Abdulhadi

VP - Data & AI, Middle East Region

Nizar Abdulhadi is a seasoned professional with a robust background in IT and senior management. With extensive experience gained from leading roles at prominent organizations such as Nintex, UiPath, IBM, Oracle, EY, Cisco, and others, Nizar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Nizar holds an MBA/MIS from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM and is highly proficient in various domains, including alliance and channel management, sales and sales management, IT strategy planning and management, business strategy development, team building and motivation, program and project management, and ERP advisory.

At Novigo Solutions, Nizar is spearheading business initiatives in the realm of Data & AI for the Middle East region. With his proven track record and comprehensive skill set, Nizar is poised to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions that propel organizations towards success in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Krinal Gupta

VP - Digital Transformation (Middle East & Africa)

Krinal Gupta is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience spanning the lifecycle of digital solutions. Prior to joining Novigo, he was associated with Oracle until 2013 as a Principal Consultant, and subsequently, he spearheaded the sales of Oracle Suite of Products through prominent service-based Tech-Partners..

Krinal holds an MBA degree from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Mumbai, and a BE in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka. With a remarkable track record of success in IT sales, Krinal brings extensive expertise in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams to achieve extraordinary results. His approach involves a deep understanding of client challenges, facilitating the development and implementation of tailored solutions. By maintaining a keen focus on simplicity and innovation, he has cultivated an environment where responsive leadership and problem-solving drive progress and exceed client expectations.

George Bennett

VP - Digital Transformation (Middle East & Africa)

George brings extensive experience in the technology sector to our team. He joins Novigo to spearhead the growth of our Intelligent Automation and AI services and solutions practice. He has worked over 20+ years in the Process Improvement Technology space and more recently in the Process Mining and RPA space as both a consultant and an executive with global software/services companies. His previous roles include Senior Director at CGI, VP Sales Financial Services at Cordys (Open Text), VP WW Channel Sales at FileNet (IBM), VP International Sales at Vision Solutions, and Director of Midrange product sales at StorageTek/Sun.

A graduate of West Point US Military Academy and West Point Prep school, George has focused on serving clients in banking/finance, healthcare, and major energy companies. He has held executive positions for technology companies in Japan and the UK, developing extensive global partner/channel programs and working with RPA/BPM and Process Mining companies. George has also collaborated with startup companies and larger technology firms to develop and implement go-to-market and channel strategies in the US and other global markets.
